Juniper Research has unveiled the winners of this year’s Future Digital Awards for Fintech & Payments, recognising innovations that are shaping the future of finance. The awards celebrate excellence in various categories, with standout contributions from industry leaders in banking, payments, and security.
In the Banking Innovation category, SAP Fioneer’s Virtual Account Management took home the Platinum award, while Treezor was awarded Gold. In the Digital Identity Innovation category, Signicat’s MobileID won Platinum, and Tata Consultancy Services secured Gold for their Quartz™ offering.
TreviPay’s Financial Partner Gateway won Platinum for Banking Innovation of the Year, while Token.io triumphed with Platinum in the Open Banking Innovation category for their pioneering solutions. Mastercard’s initiative for account opening won Gold in the same category.
Paymentology received the Platinum award for Embedded Finance Innovation, showcasing their commitment to advancing payment technology. They were followed by Infosys Finacle, which won Gold for Finacle API Connect. YouLend’s Flexible Finance Solution was awarded Platinum in the Financing Platform category, with Raistone Connect earning Gold.
In the Regtech Platform sector, Napier AI‘s Continuum won Platinum, while G+D‘s Netcetera solutions secured Gold. The A2A Payments Platform saw Banked win Platinum and Visa follow with Gold for its Visa Protect offering.
The Best B2B Payment Platform was awarded to Airbase for Platinum, with Volopa taking Gold. In the CBDC Innovation category, EMTECH earned Platinum, while Ripple secured Gold. Boku won Platinum for Payment Innovation of the Year, showcasing significant advancements in the payment sector.
Huawei was recognised for its exceptional contributions, winning both Platinum for Best Mobile Money Offering and Best Digital Wallet Platform. Their solutions are seen as pivotal in expanding financial services.
Experian also shone in the Identity Verification Innovation category, winning Platinum for their Ascend Fraud Sandbox. MeaWallet received Gold for their Network Tokenisation Solution, reinforcing the importance of security in digital transactions.
Todd Clyde, CEO of Token.io, expressed gratitude for their recognition, noting the vital role of open banking in redefining payments. Paymentology’s CEO, Jeff Parker, highlighted their commitment to innovation and collaboration with partners.
