Elegoo has launched the Saturn 4 Ultra 16K, the latest addition to its range of advanced resin 3D printers. Designed to deliver unparalleled precision and ease of use, the new model builds on the success of the Saturn 4 Ultra, the company’s best-selling resin printer of 2024.
The printer features a 10-inch 16K Mono LCD screen, enabling an impressive 14 x 19 μm XY resolution and 0.02 mm Z-axis accuracy. It is aimed at industries where fine detail is essential, including gaming and dentistry.

Faster, smarter, and more reliable printing
With a print speed of up to 150 mm/h and a build volume of 211.68 x 118.37 x 220 mm, the Saturn 4 Ultra 16K is equipped to handle small and large projects with high accuracy. The printer incorporates Tilt Release Technology, which tilts the resin tank during the printing process to speed up peeling and improve efficiency.
One of the standout features of the new model is its smart tank heating system. Maintaining resin at a consistent 30°C, the system ensures optimal fluidity and adhesion, reducing defects like bubbles and separation. This is particularly advantageous in cooler environments where print quality can suffer.
Smart sensors also enhance the user experience by detecting resin shortages, residue, or levelling issues. An integrated AI camera provides real-time monitoring and failure detection, while Wi-Fi cluster printing allows users to control multiple printers simultaneously, ideal for large-scale projects.
Advanced slicing software
The Saturn 4 Ultra 16K is compatible with SatelLite, Elegoo’s proprietary slicing software. Designed for universal compatibility, it supports both Elegoo and third-party printers. SatelLite includes advanced features such as model repair and Boolean operations, available without additional charges. With EVO Support technology, the software achieves a 90% success rate for support structures and processes slicing tasks twice as quickly as other tools.
Currently available for Windows, Mac compatibility for SatelLite is expected soon. The printer is also compatible with ChituBox for added flexibility.
