Kim Baker, a prominent corporate team builder and owner of Vivid Performance Group, is set to lead two workshops focused on strengthening trust between visionaries and integrators at the Entrepreneurial Operating System’s (EOS) V/I Duo™ Summit. The event is scheduled for October 16, 2024, in Dallas, Texas.
Baker, who has earned a reputation for her expertise in corporate team dynamics, highlighted the significance of the visionary and integrator relationship in organisational success. “As the visionary and integrator relationship goes, so goes the rest of the organisation, and building trust is a key factor in that relationship. However, getting there isn’t always easy,” she remarked. Her workshops aim to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to enhance trust and create a more effective partnership between visionaries and integrators.
The first workshop, titled V/I Duo™ Trust: Demystified and Simplified, will address the challenges of trust-building within organisations. Baker will explore the factors that complicate the establishment of trust and discuss why many trust-building efforts fail. Participants will engage with the Reina® Trust Building framework, a practical model that makes trust and trust issues definable, measurable, and solvable.
In the second session, V/I Duo™ Trust: Fortified, Baker will delve into behaviours that either foster or undermine trust within the visionary-integrator duo. This workshop will utilise an assessment tool designed to help attendees identify areas needing improvement and outline actionable steps to enhance trust between partners.
“Successful businesses develop a plan to integrate chosen trust behaviours into all interactions and hardwire trust into their mission and results,” Baker explained. “Greater trust between visionaries and integrators has been proven to positively impact people, culture, and overall results within the duo, the leadership team, and the entire organisation.”
The EOS V/I Duo Summit aims to provide insights and tools for entrepreneurs and organisational leaders to navigate the complexities of team dynamics effectively. By focusing on the relationship between visionaries—who typically set the long-term vision for the company—and integrators—who execute that vision—Baker’s workshops will be instrumental in fostering healthier and more productive workplace environments.
Participants in the summit can expect to leave with a deeper understanding of trust-building strategies and practical steps to implement these strategies in their organisations. Baker’s workshops will not only help to enhance individual relationships but also contribute to creating a more robust organisational culture.
